Your post just goes to show just how much real estate is local...actually hyper-local. The absorption rate in Loudoun and most of Northern Virginia is much lower than yours with our market being pretty balanced based on an average 5.5 month supply.

And I'm sure your market is much better than other markets which have absorption rates and supply much higher than what you have in the Blacksburg area. It could always be worse, right?
