Recently the Virginia Association of REALTORS introduced Ted Truitt. You've just got to trust the Ted, baby!
Personally, I'm disappointed that practitioners in my industry need to be reminded we subscribe to a Code of Ethics that governs the way we do business. When my wife was getting her Masters degree, she wrote a paper on collaboration that had at its' core the book "All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten". I thought it was ingenious and simple. Share. Hold hands. Say hello.
The reason folks like Ted Truitt stand out is because they're the exception, not the rule. All we have in a business like this is our reputation, and as the saying goes - it's hardest to come by and the easiest to lose. If it takes Ted Truitt to remember that, then, well - I guess I'll Trust The Ted.
